Summary Resumé

A senior level programme/project manager with over 25 years experience within manufacturig and distribution, investment banking, retail banking, Phil built his own computer in 1979 and then set up his own software house. He has worked for a number of leading software and solutions companies, and has spent more than five years as a consultant with a leading international firm. He has also worked in Test Management roles, and as Quality Director in BS9001-accredited software house. He has worked in the Middle East, Russia, Scandinavia, Europe, the US and Central Asia.

Given his business background, he is strongly focused on results and delivering solutions. He has worked on a number of stalled and failing projects and successfully put them back on course.

With his extensive project experience, Phil's knowledge of project management methodologies is extensive and up to date:

Agile: RUP, XP, Scrum, DSDM;

Prince, Ernst & Young Navigator

Tools: MS Project, PMW, Sharepoint, Primavera, Prestige, Cresta

Education:

BSc Physics, MSc (Physical Oceanography), MBA (Cardiff Business School), Diploma in Marketing (Chartered Institute of Marketing).

Member, British Computer Society; Chartered IT Professional.
